I had a good experience using icecarats.com. The site was simple to get around and the pages loaded fast for me. The filters helped a lot, and I didnt feel lost while looking through rings. Overall, it was smooth and easy

I ordered a small sterling silver chain from icecarats, and it does look nice. The stamp is there, and I do believe it’s real silver, so I’m not trying to say the item is fake or anything like that.
That said, the packaging and certificate felt basic this time. I feel like they used to do a better job making the authenticity part feel more reassuring, with clearer details and a little more info included.
Customer service did get back to me, but it took a bit longer than I expected. Overall, the chain itself is fine, but the proof and presentation could be better. I’d give it 3 stars.

It looked decent when it arrived, and shipping wasn’t an issue, but I expected better quality for the price. I feel like the seller is charging more than this is really worth, especially compared to similar items I’ve bought elsewhere. That’s on me for not checking around more, but I wouldn’t buy it again at this price.

I really liked the jewelry designs, they feel a little different from the usual stuff I see online. The ring I ordered has some really nice little details and feels cute without being too over the top. It took me a bit to choose because there are so many styles. I’m giving 4 stars because I wish the photos made the size a bit easier to judge, but overall I’m happy with it.

I returned my order a while ago and I’m still waiting on the refund to show up. Is this normal, or has anyone else had to wait this long?

The customer service was really nice and they helped me quickly. I appreciated how fast they got back to me, though at the same time it felt a bit rushed and I had to double-check a couple things myself. Still, overall it was a good experience...

The ring feels comfortable on my finger—not tight, but not loose enough to spin around either. Shipping was totally fine, and overall I’m happy with it. Based on this order, I’d definitely buy from them again

I really wanted to like this because it looked so on IceCarats, but once it arrived, it just felt a little underwhelming 😕. The metal was lighter than I expected, and the stone wasn’t as clear as it looked in the photos. It’s not terrible or anything, but for the price, I was hoping for better quality.
